Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at check out. Please allow up to four weeks for international orders to arrive.
What is your Return Policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of your purchase. You can return your products in exchange for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Please contact us at our Merch Email to ensure your exchange is available.
Please note that returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use.
For returns: returned items are eligible for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If a refund is requested, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
For exchanges: after contacting us, please mail the item back to our office with your invoice indicating the exchange (you provide shipping). We will ship your replacement item upon receipt (we will pay shipping cost).
For exchanges due to our error: please contact us with evidence of the error (ie email with photo of the incorrect shirt/size, etc.). We will issue a pre-paid mailing envelope for your return and will exchange your item as quickly as possible.
When should I expect my order?
We process orders on a daily basis Mon -Thurs, with minor exceptions for holidays, deployments, and limited staff availability. Orders shipped within the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days of your order. International orders are shipped either via USPS or Global Post, which takes an average of 21-28 days or more to arrive. You will receive shipping confirmation once your order ships and all eligible orders will receive tracking information. Items to Europe, Asia and South America may take longer. Free ship items and international orders may not be eligible for tracking.
